Cancelation policy:

• If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
• If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, 20% of the total cost will be charged.
• If cancelled up to 07 days before date of arrival or in case of non-show, 50 % of the total cost will be charged.

Children and extra bed policy:

• All children are welcome.
• All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing beds. (Apartment 2 person's)
• All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots. (on request)
• All older children or adults are charged 10% of the room stay per night for extra bed. (on request)

• Pets are allowed on reques. No extra charges.
